Shipping
Every order ships via USPS with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
- Processing time: orders ship within 3 business days. Every piece is one of a kind and already finished — there’s no made-to-order wait.
- Free shipping: orders of $75 or more ship free. Below that, shipping is a flat $7.
- Insurance: any order over $100 ships fully insured for the purchase amount, at no extra charge to you.
- Shipping area: we currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the US and have your eye on a piece, email us and we’ll see what we can work out.
Stones are packed by the same hands that cut them — snugly padded and boxed so they arrive exactly as they left the bench.
Returns
If a piece isn’t what you hoped for, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Because every stone is one of a kind, we offer refunds rather than exchanges — there is no second one to swap in.
- Condition: the stone must come back unaltered — not recut, repolished, drilled, set into jewelry, or modified in any way. It should arrive in the same condition it left in.
- How to start a return: email info@slapidary.rocks with your order number within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll confirm the return address and details.
- Return shipping: the buyer covers return postage. We strongly recommend tracking, and insurance on higher-value pieces — the stone is your responsibility until it’s back in our hands.
- Refunds: once the stone arrives and is inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Damaged in transit?
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the stone and the packaging. Insured parcels are covered for the full purchase amount, and we’ll take it from there — you won’t be left holding the box.
