These terms apply to purchases from slapidary.rocks, operated by Rocks and Jewels LLC (“The Slapidary”). By placing an order you agree to them.

One-of-a-kind goods

Every piece in the shop is a single, hand-finished natural stone. There are no duplicates, restocks, or substitutions. Once a piece sells, it’s gone.

Photos, video & descriptions

We photograph and film every stone honestly and describe treatments plainly — stabilized is labeled stabilized, dyed is labeled dyed. That said, natural stones shift with lighting, and screens vary: color and fire in person may differ somewhat from what your display shows. Weights and dimensions are measured at the bench and stated on each listing.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order — for example, if a listing error is discovered or a piece is damaged before shipment. Sales tax is collected where required.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Natural stones are sold as decorative and collectible goods; no metaphysical, therapeutic, or medical claims are made or implied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
